The following Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are supported when using a FTP datasource:
Log(psycho)Analyst allows you to create new FTP datasources for unsupported ISPs. Then you will be asked to send the information, so that it can be included in the next release.
Alternatively, you can submit the required information to create a new FTPDataSource in this thread. We need:
- The ISP IP address range (or at least one IP address from this ISP);
- The ISP name;
- The ISP URL;
- The ISP default web page list (e.g. index.html, index.jsp);
- The ISP FTP server address pattern (e.g. "ftp.mydomain.com" -> "ftp.{domain_name}");
- The ISP default aliases pattern for the domain name (e.g. "www.mydomain.com" -> "www.{domain_name}");
- The ISP country;
- The ISP time zone;
- The ISP log directory when logged by FTP;
- The ISP log filename information (e.g. access.log, a regular expression);
- The ISP log file format (e.g. Apache Combined).
As you can see, this is quite a lot of information to give, so you can understand why it is important to share it, so that not all users must manually enter it. This post will be updated when new ISPs are supported. _________________ Julien
